Shipping & Returns
We ship anywhere in Canada for free! Shipping to The United States is an additional $3.00 CAD. Orders take us typically 2 business days to complete and send out. Shipping then typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. Due to COVID-19 there could be delays up to or surpassing 28 days after your purchase. If a month (28 days) has passed since your order was shipped (please check the date of your shipping confirmation email) then please contact us to let us know. You can contact us through e-mail (email@example.com) or on Instagram (@_the.little.spoon) letting us know your order number and the delay you are experiencing.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send it back for an exchange for something of equal or lesser value. Contact us on social media or via e-mail before sending your item back to ensure that the exchange is possible, then request a return shipping label from us and send the item back. Once we have the item we will send you your exchange! If you would like a full refund for the item, please send it back to us, once the item is received by one of our creators we will issue a full refund!
If your item is damaged or broken in anyway The Little Spoon will be more than happy to repair it at no extra cost! Send us pictures of the damage to our social media or via e-mail to ensure that the it can be fixed before requesting a return shipping label from us. Attach the return shipping label to the package and send it back! We will fix your item promptly and have it back to you in no time!
